I haven't received my registration email, what should I do?

Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly when registering and that you do not make any typing errors. Please also check whether the registration email may have ended up in your spam folder. If you do not receive an email with the confirmation link to activate your account, please contact our support team: support@streetspotr.com

How old do I have to be to use Streetspotr?

To become a Spotr, you must be at least 18 years old.

What is not permitted on Streetspotr?

Streetspotr is all about collecting up-to-date photos directly on location:

Therefore, always use your own photos taken on location and ensure that your location data is transmitted correctly. Never use photos from the internet or apps that manipulate your location data.

Violations may result in exclusion from the Streetspotr community and, in the worst case, legal action.

Can I use the app in offline mode?

No, this is generally not possible. For the app to work correctly, it requires regular communication with our servers. This includes sending texts and images as well as querying your location via the internet and GPS to verify the spot.

How do I change my home location?

Go to your ‘Profile’, which is the middle icon in the bar at the bottom. There you will find a pencil icon in the top right-hand corner.

Then click on Home location and a map with a pin will open. Hold the pin and move it to your new desired address. Finally, just confirm with the green button.

Which app version is currently up to date?

Here you can find the latest versions of our app:

iOS: Version 25.0.3
Android: Version 25.0.3

We recommend always using the newest version, as this is the only way to access all current features, bug fixes, and security updates.

Tip: You can check your current version directly in the App Store or Google Play Store.

Spots

What is a spot?

A spot is a small task that you complete on site using your smartphone. This could include taking a photo, checking information or answering a short question. For each spot you successfully complete, you will receive payment directly.

How do I find spots near me?

In the Streetspotr app, you can see all the spots in your area on the map. Each pin marks a spot. Grey pins are tasks that will be available soon.

Can I also complete spots outside my place of residence?

Yes, you can complete any spot that is displayed in the app. The display depends on your current location. If you are in a different location, the spots in the vicinity of that location will be displayed automatically. You also have the option of searching for cities in the search bar at the top to see spots in a different location.

Why do spots disappear from the map?

Spots are usually advertised on a large scale, but only a few results are actually needed. Here is a small example: A client wants to check 100 results across Germany – so the quota is 100. To do this, 3,000 locations across Germany are advertised, for example. The spots are sometimes marked with a grey PIN and have a specific start time. Let's say 8:00 a.m. Since Spotr users can conveniently accept spots from home, many Spotr users wait to accept these spots at 8:00 a.m. sharp. After 100 acceptances, all spots disappear from the map (for popular spots, this can happen within a few minutes). However, since not all spots are completed and accepted immediately, e.g. because the upload failed, a result was rejected, etc., it is possible that the spots will reappear during the course of the day or even the next few days. However, as only a few results are still missing, thousands of locations across the UK will initially reappear on the map, but may disappear again immediately after a few spot acceptances. This is why certain spots constantly appear and disappear again. It therefore makes sense to complete campaigns as quickly as possible, ideally before the planned end of the campaign.

How long do I have to edit a spot?

You usually have 12 hours to complete a spot after accepting it – this means that you must upload all the necessary data within this time. Please only accept a spot if you are sure that you can complete it on time.

Important notes:

The exact processing time can be found in the spot description – in individual cases, it may vary.
Before accepting, consider whether you can complete the spot within the deadline.
If you realise that you cannot complete the spot on time, cancel it as early as possible so that it becomes available to other Spotrs.

Make sure you follow the specifications exactly and upload the data on time – this will ensure you are paid successfully and avoid unnecessary problems. Good luck!

What do I need to pay attention to when taking photos?

Please note that...

the photos are sharp and not blurred. It is important that the images are clear and distinct in order to successfully complete the task.
the images must be taken with your mobile phone. The use of photos from the internet is strictly prohibited for copyright reasons. Please ensure that you only use your own photos.
For most spots, uploading from your gallery is strictly prohibited. These tasks are marked with a corresponding symbol (gallery crossed out). Please take the photos directly with your mobile phone in the app.
The photos should be bright enough but not overexposed.
No photo effects should be used, and the images must not be edited afterwards or taken with other programmes/apps.
No people should be recognisable in the photos without their consent. Respect the privacy of others and make sure that no people are visible in the photos without their consent.

Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure the authenticity of the photos.

We hope that these tips will help you complete the photo tasks. Have fun taking photos!

What should I do if I am not allowed to take photographs?

There may be various reasons why you are not allowed to take photographs. Here are a few steps you can take if this happens to you:

1. Respect the staff's instructions: If you are not allowed to take photographs, please respect the staff's decision and leave the shop.

2. Complete the images: If there are still images missing from the spot, upload ‘black’ images to complete the spot.

3. Add a note: Add a short note in the comments section of the spot stating that you were not allowed to take photos. This will help our reviewers understand your situation better. It will also let us know that photos should not be taken in this branch or that particular attention is paid to this issue here.

What should I do if I cannot upload my results?

Check your internet connection on your smartphone. If necessary, clear your cache and restart the app. Make sure you do not switch devices, otherwise your results will be lost.

Make sure you have filled in all the fields. This includes the info task. In some cases, you may need to comment on your documented photos or a comment may be missing from a task in general.

What steps should I take if a display/product cannot be found?

If a product or display cannot be found, even after a thorough search, there are still a few steps you need to follow to successfully complete the spot.

1. Check the exact location: Make sure you are searching in the right place where the product or display is normally found. Sometimes it may have been accidentally placed in a different location.

2. Take overview photos: If the product or display cannot be found even after searching several times, please take at least two overview photos so that we can check and verify your information. This is crucial for your spot to be accepted!

How long does it take to review a Spot?

The review of adverts usually takes 7 days, unless otherwise stated in the advert.

Image recognition spots, for example, always take longer to review, as the results have to be analysed afterwards.

If your spot takes longer than 7 days to review, even though this is not explicitly mentioned in the spot, we will be happy to help you. When sending us a message, please always include the relevant spot ID. You will find the number in the top right-hand corner of the spot next to the #.

What happens if I don't complete my spot on time?

If you do not upload your spot within the processing time, we will not have access to your result. Unfortunately, recovery is not possible
If you can still see the spot on the map, please send us the new spot ID (number after the #, top right of the spot) to Support.

How can you avoid this?

Be sure to pay attention to the processing time in the spot overview.
Only accept a spot if you can process it within the specified time.
Make sure your internet connection is stable.

Can you extend my spot?

It is not possible to extend the processing time outside of our business hours.

During business hours, we can extend your spot if the campaign is still running. However, these are exceptions and not the rule!

In this case, please send us the spot ID and information about how much more time you need.

Our support business hours are as follows:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Please ensure that you complete the spot within the specified time and do not block any spots unnecessarily.

What should I do if the address in the Spot is incorrect?

Our support team will immediately correct the address in the spot so that you can successfully complete the order. Here are the steps you should follow if the address in the spot is incorrect:

  • Make sure you check in directly at the pin in the app. You can check in within a radius of 400 metres.
  • First, carefully check the address you entered and compare it with the actual address of the spot.
  • Make sure you have the correct spot ID ready when you contact support. This ID helps us to quickly identify the spot in question.
  • Send an email to support@streetspotr.com and describe the problem as accurately as possible. Include the spot ID and the correct address so that we can make the changes.

Please note that address corrections can only be made during our support hours.

Wenn du dir bei einem Spot unsicher bist oder mehr Feedback brauchst, steht dir der Support jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Can I pause a spot and resume it later?

If you have already completed all tasks, you can pause the spot and upload the results at home via Wi-Fi within the processing time. This way, you don't need to upload large amounts of data on your mobile device.

Can I upload my spot later using Wi-Fi?

Yes, you can pause a spot and edit/upload it later via Wi-Fi. Here are some important points to keep in mind:

  • Once you have completed all tasks, you can pause the spot and upload the results later from home via Wi-Fi to avoid using large amounts of mobile data.
  • You can edit the spot for as long as the editing time is running. During this time, you can also pause the spot several times. Please note, however, that we cannot save the spot once the editing time has expired.
  • It is important that you save regularly to ensure that your work is not lost. You can also complete and upload the advert at any time before the editing time expires.
Tip: Most shops also have Wi-Fi.

We hope this information is helpful and wish you lots of fun editing your advert!

Will my rejected result be used and will you earn money from it?

No!

At Streetspotr, only accepted results are forwarded to our customers. Rejected results do not meet the requirements, are incomplete, incorrect or deviate from the specifications, for example, and cannot be forwarded to the customer for these reasons.

You can be sure that we do not earn a penny from rejected results. That is why it is very important to us that you process the spots carefully.

What should I bear in mind when a spot has been sent for reworking?

If a spot has been sent for revision, you can revise it and upload it again. But be careful not to make any changes to your device or the app in the meantime.

  • Do NOT clear the cache, do NOT reinstall the app, and do not change devices. This would result in the loss of images and entered answers.
  • If you have any questions or something is not working, please contact support first. Do not try to solve the problem yourself by clearing the cache, reinstalling or changing devices, as this often only makes the situation worse.

This way, you are on the safe side and do not have to completely redo the spot.

Bezahlung

How much can I earn as a Spotr?

There is no limit! Everyone is individually responsible for their earnings. As a rule, you will receive between 2€ and 15€ for a spot.

How will my money be paid out at Streetspotr?

We currently only offer one payment option for withdrawals, and that is PayPal. Here is some important information about this payment method:

Quick setup: If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can easily create one. It only takes a few minutes to sign up and set up your account.
Security: PayPal is known for its security measures and offers buyer protection for all transactions. So you can be sure that your payouts are protected and will reach you safely.

Important note:

Please always enter your own correct PayPal address in the app. If you have any problems with this, it is acceptable to use your partner's address temporarily as an exception.

Can I use Streetspotr without a PayPal account?

No, payments at Streetspotr are made exclusively via PayPal. Payouts to your PayPal account are secure and completely free of charge. Payments without PayPal are generally not possible.

Note: Please make sure to provide your correct PayPal address. Using the address of a second or third party is not permitted and may result in your account being blocked.

Where can I enter my PayPal address?

Go to your ‘Profile’, which is the middle icon in the bar shown below. There you will find a pencil icon in the top right-hand corner that will take you to your payment information. Here you can now enter your email address registered with PayPal.

Please remember to confirm your entry by clicking on the ‘green tick’. Only then will your entries be saved.

How can I change my PayPal/email address?

1. Open the Streetspotr app and go to your profile.

2. Tap the pencil (edit icon) in the top right corner.

3. Here you can update or add your email address and PayPal address.

Do I have to pay tax on my earnings from Streetspotr?

That depends. On the one hand, it depends on what other income you have during the year, i.e. the type and the amount. On the other hand, of course, it depends on how much you earn from microjobbing.

For “other income” under § 22 (3) EStG, there is an exemption limit (“Freigrenze”) of 256 Euro. An exemption limit means that an amount up to 255.99 Euro does not have to be taxed. However, it must still be declared! The tax office – not you – decides whether it is tax-free. If the exemption limit is exceeded, the entire amount is taxable starting from the very first euro. So this is not a tax allowance (“Freibetrag”). It may sound similar, but it’s something different. A tax allowance is a fixed amount that is always tax-free. An exemption limit, however, switches taxation for this type of income on or off.

Example 1: You earn 250 Euro in one year from microjobbing. The entire amount of 250 Euro is tax-free under § 22 (3) EStG because it is less than 256 Euro.

Example 2: You earn 300 Euro in one year from microjobbing. The entire amount of 300 Euro is taxable under § 22 (3) EStG because the exemption limit of 255.99 Euro has been exceeded (quote from the law: “not less than 256 Euro”).

In which currency will the payment be made?

Payments are always made in the local currency of your country of residence

Is there a minimum amount for withdrawal?

No. Once you have completed your first advert, your remuneration can be paid out directly and in full.

Where can I request my money?

Follow these steps in the app:

1. Go to ‘My Streetspotr’ in the app.
2. Select the ‘Payouts’ option.

3. Now click on ‘Request’.

Once you have followed these steps, a form will open where you can enter your PayPal address. Make sure that the address you enter is correct so that the payout can be processed smoothly.

When will I be paid?

Once you have completed and submitted a spot, we will check whether you have carried it out as described and in the correct location. Unless otherwise stated in the spot, the check will take up to seven days. Your money will then be available for payout and you can request it in the app under “MY”. To do this, you must provide us with your full first and last name and your billing address. If, like many of our Spotrs, you do not want to receive every euro individually, you can also request your payout only once a certain amount has been reached. From the time of your request, we will automatically transfer the requested amount to your PayPal account within 30 days. If you only provide your PayPal address after the fact (later than 30 days after your first completed payment spot), please notify our support team, as older payouts will not necessarily be transferred automatically.

What happens if I don't receive the money after 30 days?

In this case, please contact support urgently: support@streetspotr.com! Don't worry, we will transfer the money to you as soon as possible.

Can I cash out my StreetPoints?

No, it is not possible to cash out StreetPoints.

StreetPoints are purely a gamification element in the app. They serve to visualise your progress and compare you with other users in the rankings. The points cannot be converted into real money.

So you can't cash out StreetPoints, but they show how active you are and help you improve your ranking in the community!

Can I get an overview of my payouts?

Yes. In the Streetspotr app, you will find an overview of your earnings under ‘Payments’ and ‘Credits’. In addition, after each payment, you will receive a confirmation from PayPal, which you can also use as proof.

Why did I not receive the advertised amount of money?

The app always shows you the maximum possible remuneration for each spot. However, it is important to note that this amount already includes bonus payments. This means that the final amount may be lower depending on the result.

How does it work?

Basic remuneration: Many spots have a fixed basic amount (e.g. 3€).

In addition, you can receive a bonus for each product or display you find (e.g. +0.50€ per product).

Example

A spot is advertised at 6€.

Basic reward: 3€

Additional: 0.50€ per product

If you only find 2 products, you will receive 4€.

If you find all the products, you can earn the full 6€.

Important to know

The remuneration displayed in the app always shows the maximum possible amount. The actual payout depends on how many products/displays you find and document on site.
It is also advisable to read the spot description of the job carefully to get an accurate picture of how much you can earn, what you can earn it for, and what you need to do to earn it.

Datenschutz

Do I need permission to take a photograph?

In principle, no. It is permitted to take photographs in public areas.

In publicly accessible areas, such as a shopping centre, you do not need permission to take a photograph. Please ensure that you respect the privacy of passers-by and avoid photographing them if possible.

In shops, offices, etc., there may be a general ban on photography clearly marked at the entrance or house rules prohibiting photography. If you are approached by an employee/manager and asked to refrain from taking photographs, you must comply. In such a case, please say goodbye politely and note this in the comment field of the spot. Often, a short conversation or showing a letter of authorisation helps to quickly clarify the situation. You can still upload the spot (if you are missing photos, please create placeholders, e.g. photos of the floor, etc.). Without the required interior photos, we will credit you with 50 cent and the Streetpoints in this case.

What personal data does Streetspotr store about me?

Streetspotr stores the data you provide during registration and use, such as your name, email address, payment details and the spots you have completed.

Who can see my information, such as my name and email address?

To complete Spots and post StreetNews, you can use the abbreviations F.L. or First name.L. If you want to appear in the rankings, add friends, and send private messages, you can enable the option to participate in the community. In this case, you will be displayed as First name.L. Your friends and people to whom you send friend requests will see your full name. Only we can see your email address and full name.

Is my personal information secure?

We never share your personal data with third parties. In our Terms & Conditions, you only agree that your name may be displayed in the app as First name L., or completely anonymously with your initials (F.L.), if you want to use the community features. Your email address and all other data (billing address, personal details) are used solely internally – to process your payouts and to show you suitable Spots.

How long will my personal data be stored?

Your data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the use of the app and to comply with legal requirements. If you cancel your account and uninstall the app, your data will be deleted.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account by sending an email requesting deletion to our support team at support@streetspotr.com. Please ensure that you send the email from the same address you used to register. We need this to verify that it is indeed your account. Otherwise, we will not be able to delete your account.

However, you can also delete your account yourself in the app. To do this, scroll down to the bottom of the settings. Here you will find the ‘Delete account’ button in red. If you change your mind, you can restore your account within a week and continue as normal.

What is StreetForum?

StreetForum is like Streetspotr's ‘bulletin board’. There you can exchange ideas with other Streetspotrs, ask questions or answer them.

In addition, all the latest news, such as special jobs, outstanding awards and other noteworthy news, appears regularly in StreetForum.

StreetForum is divided into specific channels. Make sure you post your contributions in the relevant topic area.

What are StreetPoints?

StreetPoints are Streetspotr's experience system. Basically, for every euro you earn with Streetspotr, you receive 10 StreetPoints. You receive extra points for particularly well-executed or difficult jobs. In addition, there are spots that don't pay money but do earn you more experience points. The rule here is: if you don't get paid for the spots, we don't get paid by the client either.

What can I use StreetPoints for?

They affect your StreetScore, badges and status, but cannot be cashed out.

How do I earn StreetPoints?

By successfully completing spots and certain actions in the app.

What is StreetScore?

The StreetScore is composed of the following points:

100 points Experience
75 points Quality
50 points Commitment
50 points Activity

Experience refers to the StreetPoints achieved so far.
Quality records the number of rejected spots and whether or not they have been corrected.
Commitment records the cancellation behaviour of paid spots, i.e. whether they were not completed after acceptance or exceeded the processing time.
Activity refers to the use of the app; simply opening the app is sufficient for this. This value is only determined once a day, even if the app is used several times a day. Unpaid spots are not taken into account when calculating the values for commitment and quality. So if you haven't completed any paid spots in the last 4 weeks, the values will drop to 0. But as soon as you give the calculation some ‘food’ again and do a few paid spots, they can rise again very quickly :)

How can I improve my StreetScore?

By completing spots reliably, correctly and regularly.

What is Pro status?

Pro status reflects your good work and commitment. Pro status is always calculated based on your activities over the last four weeks in order to compensate for any fluctuations as much as possible. This means that Spotrs don't immediately lose their status if they have a particularly stressful week and are unable to complete any spots. There are several factors that determine Pro status, including completing paid spots and cancellation behaviour, i.e. how often you cancel or let accepted spots expire, and your use of the app.

What are badges?

Badges are special awards within Streetspotr. If you have completed certain types of jobs very often or have performed them particularly well, you will receive a badge that identifies you as an expert in that field. Clients may then give you preference. For some jobs, you will also receive a certain number of StreetPoints (see ‘What are StreetPoints?’).

Can I lose my StreetPoints?

No, you don't have to collect your StreetPoints over and over again to be able to do spots with a certain StreetPoints requirement. Once you have reached the required number of StreetPoints for a certain type of spot that was previously blocked for you, it will be permanently unlocked for you. You keep the StreetPoints you have earned and do not have to exchange them to be able to do other spots. Your StreetPoints can only increase!

Spot-Typen & ihre Besonderheiten

Image recognition: What do I need to bear in mind when doing photo tasks?

Please note that...

the photos must be sharp and not blurred.
the pictures must be taken with your mobile phone (the use of photos from the internet is strictly prohibited for copyright reasons).
for most spots, uploading from the gallery is strictly prohibited. These tasks are marked with a corresponding symbol (gallery crossed out).
the photos should be bright enough but not overexposed.
no photo effects should be used, and the images must not be edited or taken with other programmes/apps.
no people may be recognisable in the photos without their consent.

Image recognition: What should I do if the address in the spot is incorrect?

In this case, please contact Support (support@streetspotr.com) and provide the spot ID and the correct address.

Image recognition: How to photograph shelf metres correctly?

When photographing shelf metres, it is important to work precisely. Here are a few tips that may help you:

  • Photograph only one shelf metre per image: To ensure that each product is clearly recognisable, only one shelf metre should be photographed per image. Take care to ensure that none of the products on the shelf metre are cut off at the edge.

  • Left to right: The order of the images is also important. The spots always clearly state that the photos should be taken from left to right. This is crucial for your spots to be accepted.
  • Portrait format and sharp images: To photograph the shelf metre well, it is mandatory to take the photos in portrait format and ensure that they are sharp. This helps to better recognise the products and their details during evaluation.
  • Overlap: To ensure that all products on the shelf meter can be fully captured, it is important to have a small overlap of approx. 10 cm or 2-3 products in the shelf meter images. This ensures that no product is left out and the continuity of the images is maintained.

Image recognition: What can I do if the aisle is too narrow to photograph the shelf completely from the front?

If you are having difficulty capturing the entire shelf in one photo because the aisle is very narrow, we have a few tips for you:

1. Change the angle: Try again in portrait mode. Squat down slightly and hold your mobile phone as far back as possible to see if you can still get all the products in the picture.

2. Divide the shelf metre into two images: You can also divide the shelf metre into two images by photographing the upper and lower halves separately. Overlap one shelf to create a seamless transition.

If you decide to use this method, it is better to do it in landscape format to create more space for the products.

Image recognition: What can I do if a shelf is obscured by a pillar or other obstacles?

1. Movable obstacles: If the obstacle can be easily moved to the side, it is acceptable to move it briefly to take the photograph. Simply return it to its original position afterwards.

2. Large or fixed obstacles: If the obstacle is too large or fixed to move, you should still photograph and document it. Take a photo of it and note in a comment that the obstacle is there, e.g. a pillar, and that it is blocking the shelf you are supposed to photograph.

What is mystery shopping?

Mystery shopping at Streetspotr means that you visit a branch discreetly and carry out certain tasks there. This includes, for example, checking how products are presented, how the service works or how well the branch is maintained. You submit your results directly in the app, usually with photos, answers to questions and sometimes also with a receipt for your product purchase.

Mystery shopping: I forgot to take a photo of the receipt. Can I submit it later?

  • If you forgot to photograph the receipt and cannot upload it because images from the gallery are not permitted, simply upload a ‘black’ image with a comment and close the spot.
  • We can then give you the spot back for revision so that you can upload the images from the gallery.

Mystery shopping: Can I use only one receipt for two spots at the same location?

Yes, you can. If you have two spots at the same location and a product purchase is to be made here, it is no problem to put the products you are looking for together on one receipt. It is important to take this with you afterwards and not lose it. It is best to keep it until both of your spots have been accepted.

Mystery shopping: I can't upload my digital receipt!

If you are having trouble uploading your digital receipt, there may be a simple solution. Here are some steps you can follow:

If you only have a digital receipt and cannot upload it because images from the gallery are not allowed, simply upload a ‘black’ image with a comment and complete the spot.
We can give you the spot back so that you can upload the images from the gallery.

What is reporting mode?

Report mode is activated when a spot is marked as a report spot. Users can accept this spot and see on a map view whether a location or object needs to be reported.

You can then report an address, location or object that is being searched for, e.g. if you see that it is there.

There is a radius (e.g. 25 m) within which you may only report if you are not already near a spot that has already been reported.

After reporting, the spot/address is marked as visited so that the same thing is not reported multiple times.

Report mode: How do I report a transaction?

1. Go to the ‘Report something’ section in the app.

2. Click on the grey tick in the top right-hand corner to open a new window.

3. Check the address displayed and correct it if necessary.

4. Confirm the address and complete the spot as usual.

5. Upload the spot and earn money.

Report mode: How do I know if this transaction has already been reported?

Here are the steps to find out if the location has already been reported:

1. Open the app and go to the ‘Report something’ section.

2. Search for the location you want to report on the map.

3. Check whether the location has already been reported. Locations that have already been reported are marked with a tick in the form of a PIN and cannot be reported again.

4. If the location has not yet been reported, click on the tick in the top right-hand corner to activate reporting mode.

What is a Price-Check?

When checking prices, you compare the prices of certain products displayed in a shop with the prices listed in the app. To do this, you take a photo of the price tags directly on the shelf and enter the price in the app.

Price-Check: Why were fewer products accepted than I photographed?

For price check spots, it is necessary to always photograph the product with the price tag and additionally enter the price you are looking for in a separate task field. Only if both the image and the price are available can the item be accepted.

If only an image or only the price is available for a product, we cannot accept it and therefore cannot add it to the payout.

What are partner surveys?

Partner spots are surveys or tasks provided by our cooperation partners. The content and requirements of these spots are not created directly by the Streetspotr team, but are specified by the respective partners.

These spots offer you additional earning opportunities and may differ in type and scope from the usual Streetspotr tasks. Therefore, always pay close attention to the respective instructions and descriptions to ensure that you meet all requirements.

Partner surveys: How do I participate in partner surveys?

1. Start the survey: All surveys start anonymously, and we do not share any personal data with our partners. If you are asked for personal information during the survey, you decide for yourself what information you want to disclose. We accept no responsibility for the data you share.

2. Answer screening questions: Before starting the actual survey, you will need to answer a few screening questions. These are used to determine whether you are eligible for the survey. It is possible that you will not be selected for the survey based on your answers. In this case, you will still receive StreetPoints as a reward.

Partner surveys: When will my partner surveys be reviewed?

The review of partner surveys differs from the normal review period and takes 14 days.

Partner surveys: Why was I excluded from the partner surveys?

We are sorry to hear that you have been excluded from partner surveys.
Here are some possible reasons for this:

  • Incorrect information: Make sure you provide accurate information when answering surveys. Inconsistent or incorrect answers may result in your account being suspended. These decisions are made entirely and independently by Streetspotr.

If you believe you have been unfairly excluded from partner surveys, please feel free to contact our support team. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure that you can participate in surveys again.
